Trustees Annual Report
The trustees have pleasure in presenting their report and Financial Statements of the Charity for the year ended 30th September 2023
Legal Status
The organisation is a Registered Charity formed on 28th June 2007.
Objectives
The objective of the organisation is to further protect the education of the children within the school.
Results
The results for the year and the Charities Financial position at the end of the year are shown in the attached Financial Statements

Reserves
At 30th Septmber 2023 the Chariy held unrestricted reserves of £92,589.70 in a bank account at Lloyds Bank, Milton Keynes.
Trustees Responsibilites
Charity law requires the trustees to prepare Financial Statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity at the end of the year and of the incoming and outgoing resources for the year under review.
The Trustees declare that in the Year Ended 30th September 2023 there were no serious incidents or other matters that need reporting to the commission.
In preparing the Financial Statements, the trustees are required to select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently, making judjements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent. The trustees must also prepare the Financial Statements on a going concern basis unless it is inapproriate to presume that the charity will continue its activities.
