## Activities

**Objects:** TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION THROUGH CYCLING BY ENCOURAGING THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN LONDON AND SURROUNDING AREAS SO AS TO-SUPPORT DISABLED PEOPLE TO INCREASE THEIR PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY AND TO ENABLE SOCIAL INCLUSION;-SUPPORT PEOPLE OF ALL ABILITIES AND AGES TO ADOPT HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.

**Activities:** We support Disabled people to cycle via inclusive cycling sessions, 1-1 lessons & other cycling related events. We own a large fleet of 2,3 & 4 wheeled cycles.  We run weekly sessions at the Herne Hill Velodrome, the Croydon Arena & the Ladywell Centre in South London. We organise cycling sessions for Special Schools. We also campaign and lobby nationally on behalf of Disabled people who cycle.
