The re51oralion of the building has been maintained throughout the perlod wllh grants recelved during
covid now being utilised. All fundraising undertsken by the Trust is ulilised on the project. THÈ upkaep
includes both slru¢tural and general maintenance. The Trust retslns its Genlrepoinl for the communSty of
Dronfield lor volunteering, holdiThJ events and èxhibitions.

As at the accounting period ending December 2023, Dronfl&ld Heritag@ Trust had a positive Perh￿ with ils
wedrllng functions ulilising 20 out ol thè 30 lIcen￿5 available. The Trust contracted the services of a third
party company lo fulfill the wedding catering function. This shows an increase in the income bul Is
represented by a similar cost. The disclosed negativè resutts arè rnainly du8 to the upkoep and
maintenance of Ihe Bam and suThoundlng area.The TTU81 has lak8n action to reduce cos18 Within payroll
and other ovetheads.
Th8 Trust is still coming out of th8 affect ol Covid with the wedding ovenls being down on prior years. The

The Heritage Trust has recefved £3.972 from The Pe81 Centre in respect of recharged costs. Thg
Dronfleld Hall Bam incurred all payroll costs for the cafè and promdes the staff for the Heniage
functions. This amwnted lo £16.575 for the year and has been recharged accordingly.
