**Objects:** 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF THE CONDITION KNOWN AS PULMONARY HYPERTENSION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FOR SUFFERERS OF THE SAID CONDITION, THEIR FAMILIES, CARERS AND MEMBERS OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION;2) THE RELIEF OF NEED OF SUFFERERS OF THE SAID CONDITION, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, RESPITE CARE, TRAVEL GRANTS AND EQUIPMENT GRANTS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES.

**Activities:** To advance the education & awareness of the general public and medical professionals of the condition known as Pulmonary Hypertension. The relief of need of sufferers of PH, their families & carers through the provision of financial assistance towards, but not exclusively, respite care, travel grants & equipment grants at the discretion of the executive committee, as and when resources allow.
