OBJECTS 3.1  THE OBJECT FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED (""THE OBJECT")  IS TO ADVANCE IN LIFE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SITUATED ANYWHERE WITHIN ENGLAND BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, EDUCATION, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN  SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SERVICE WHICH:3.1.1  RAISES THE ASPIRATIONS, PARTICIPATION AND ACHIEVEMENT OF ALL YOUNG PEOPLE; 3.1.2  PROVIDES IMPARTIAL INFORMATION, ADVICE GUIDANCE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE;3.1.3  REFERS AND INTRODUCES YOUNG PEOPLE TO LEARNING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES;3.1.4  PROVIDES AND SUPPORTS THE PROVISION OF LEARNING PROGRAMMES SUPPORTING THE PERSONAL AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND PREPARES THEM FOR LIFE CHOICES AND CIRCUMSTANCES; AND 3.1.5  PROVIDES ALL YOUNG PEOPLE OUTSIDE LEARNING, OR OTHERWISE AT RISK OF UNDERACHIEVING, WITH THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL.
