## Activities

**Objects:** TO FACILITATE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE BY REDUCING SOCIAL ISOLATION AND IMPROVING INDEPENDENCE FOR OLDER AND OTHERWISE VULNERABLE ADULTS, IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND NEIGHBOURING COUNTIES.

**Activities:** CNC aims to help older and vulnerable people maintain their independence and connections with their communities and avoid admision to hospital. We have a team of over 120 volunteers who provide direct support through our Help at Home service. Our Community Development team support local community groups who also share our aims. We also represent older people's interests wherever possible.
