Hillingdon Borough Central Mosque Trustees Re ort Overvlew Hillingdon Borough Central Mosque and Comrnunity Services (HSBC and CSI was constituted under trust deed. The selects'on of trustees is based on experience, ability and their devotion for the cause and aim of charity. The major source of fundin8 is through voluntary donation by the Muslim community. Aim and Purpose Hillingdon Borough Central Mosque and Community centre has responsibillty not only to provide a proper and spacious place of worship and education to Muslim community in Hillingdon but also work to improve inter faith harmony in the area. Objective and Actlvltles HBCM and CS is committed to enable Muslim community to provide the platform to where they can perform their religious activities and also help to educate kids the Teaching of Quran and Sunnah. HBCM and CS put efforts how to involve the most of Muslim community In our work. Achlevements and Performance Proyer und Other religious Activities HBCM and CS are putknng all their efforts to provide best possible environment for Muslim Community so they can perform not only prayers but also arrange important functions in durin8 Islamic Calendar, like Eid5 Festivals and Rabi Ul Awal. This year we arranged multiple community services and involve the communities to better understand the needs and requirements, so we can fulfil their needs, for this purpose we arranged individual and combine sessions with community. We also celebrated Eid Milad Ul Nabi and arrange large functions and invited renowned scholars from UK who in their lectures explain how Serat Ul Nabi help us to become good human beings which contribute to the whole society in large. We also have successful tuition classes for community in which Nazra is taught. This year HBCM and CS did some building work in the mosque and completed in 2024. Funds Ralslng HBCM and CS had raised funds for running of charity and the methods used to raise funds are as follows.. Monthly standing orders (Almost same nothing changed as compare to last year) Funds during Prayers {which were decrease as compare to last yearl Tuition fee from pupils (which were decrease as compare to last year) Online donation (Considerable increase in online donation) Tuitlons During year 2024 we provlde services to our kids in the community for all Islamic studies including Nazra and we thank to our teachers who provided their valuable time. Facilityfor worship HBCM and CS is fully operated mosque and we frdcilitate around 500 people to perform prayers five times a day. HBCM and CS mosque is only authorise Mosque in Hayes town. Hillingdon Borough Central Mosque Social Activities During year 2024 we arrange all religious activities including Eid and a150 Eid Milad Ul Nabi. Our Imam always available to help individuals who seeks any guidance in light of Islam. Youth Services Programme Youth service programme is fully operative. And we are happy our youth had contributed a lot in our operations in the mosque. Chority contribution HBCM and CS has donated to a charity who work in flood affected areas. Flnanclal Review Total receipts for unrestricted funds were £84,672.82. We had unused funds from prevlous years as well. Other expense was to run day to affairs of charity and Teachers, salaries and expenses on arranging community functions. Our financial position is strong as we do not have any financial obligatlon to meet.
