The trustees present the accounts and trustees report lor the period from for the pariod from 1 April
2024 to 31 August 2025.
Incoming resources
Th& only sourc8s of revenue of the school are donations from general public and tuition fees from
thè students.
Hlstory. Objectlves and activities of the School
The school was founded in 2005 and started to adrnit students in Septernber 2010 to provide
1s18mic and secular education to secondary age gids. The school was r￿1$tered as a charity with
the Charity Commission on 8 August 2007. The s¢h(btsl is also registered with the Department of
Education and il is a member of the Associats'on of Muslim Schi)ols.
Athlev8m•nt$ and performance of the School
Duling the yaar the School has bgen able lo continue its activities lo expand the services
provided at 18 Dixon Road Small Heath Birmingham 810 OBP. The full-time secondary school
stsrted from September 2010 wih students admitted in year 7 and 8. Now we have sludenls up to
year11.

Future plans
The School intends to expand the educab'onal acb'vilies in the United Kingdom particulady in
Birmingham to establish and run a secondary school for girt8, provlde adult education and social

Chariiy law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year
which show a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of the ¢harity and ils financial activides

(the 1993 Act) l and that an ind8pendent examinatton is needed.
