**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS AND SUFFERING EXPERIENCED BY WOMEN FROM MINORITY ETHNIC GROUPS AND ANY CHILDREN OF SUCH WOMEN (AND IN PARTICULAR ASIAN WOMEN AND WOMEN WITH CHILDREN) WHO HAVE BEEN MALTREATED BY THEIR PARTNERS, OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS OR MEN OR WOMEN KNOWN TO THEM;TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS AND SUFFERING EXPERIENCED BY MEN TRAFFICKED INTO THE UK.IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, THIS RELIEF SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR MAY HEREAFTER BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE, WITHIN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM (HEREINAFTER CALLED “THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Ashiana has over thirty years&#x27; experience of working with Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic &amp; Refugee (BAMER) adults, children &amp; young people fleeing domestic &amp; sexual abuse, forced marriage, human trafficking, gang violence &amp; &#x27;honour&#x27;-based violence. Ashiana offers safe accommodation &amp; floating support to women &amp; children, support &amp; services for trafficked men &amp; women in the UK on an outreach basis.
