We have 200 registered players for the 2020-21 

We have Registered teams playing in age groups U7 to U18, with 3 girls’ teams, we also have a minis team who train only. 

Provision of facilities leased from Adur Council including a clubhouse at Southwick Recreation Ground to facilitate access of children to training and competitive football on grassed pitches. 

The club had to enter Lockdown in March 2020 which had a huge impact on the club.

We were able to open in June 2020 but went into Lockdown again in November 2020 

During Lockdown Impulse went out of business so we were unable to use the 3g. In addition Development of relationship with Southdown Leisure centre to provide use of 3G artificial surface on a commercial basis for training 

A delay in the taking over from the previous leisure centre build meant that the Club was unable to benefit from the 3G facility until April 2021. .

## Section D                      Achievements and performance 

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

1.Just before Lockdown March 2020, 5 of our committee members left the club taking 4 squads with them to set up a break away club. We then had to rebuild and started the season with 16 squads . 2.All coaches have FA level 1 with Safeguarding and first aid football coach certification. 3. All teams are covered by registered and trained first aiders and all volunteers are appropriately disclosure checked. 4. 180 players are registered to play for Southwick Rangers Football Club, which is a slight decrease from 2019-20. 

5. Training is offered for all age groups once a week. 

6.. The club was severely impacted by the Covid pandemic during the year as a result of numerous restrictions for the Southeast from March 2020 

7. The club maintains FA charter standard status.
