Chairmans Report 202212023.
l arn delighted to report on another very successful year for
Penniwells. Demand for our services remains extremely high and we
continue to make inroads into the waiting list. l am really pleased to
say say we have been able to extend our seplices to meet the
demand from m*ly young people who have suffered emotionally
from from lapses in education and life in general. Also we are hoping
to expand on Tea with a Pony, a8ain meeting a demand. Our core
business of course is 80ing strenghth to strength, this is due to
expanding in house trainin8 for our Staff, coupled with training days

I think you are all av￿re of some of the exciting things we have in
the pipeline, expandin8 and infiovating.
However for me this meetin8 is really only about one thing, that is
the thanks we owe to our army of volunteers, as. We always say we
cant do it without them. Also to our trusty Trustees, you are all a joy
to work with, Penniwells is the special place it is thanks to the input
from all of you.
We always say it is a people business and this is where we have to
thank Penniwells Staff for their professionalism and can do atkntude,
putting on smiles on so many facesl Sarah as always a very special
