Objects: 3.1 To Receive Ownership Or Management Or Control Of Land Buildings And Other Property And Resources Dedicated For Public Use Enjoyment Recreation And Conservation In Woodsetton In The Metropolitan Borough Of Dudley (Hereinafter Referred To As The 'Conservation Area' Which Expression Shall Be For The Purposes Of Description Herein And Shall Not Be Construed As Having The Meaning Assigned To IT Under Planning Legislation).3.2 To Restore Conserve And Enhance The Pre-Industrial Landscape Of The Conservation Area Comprising Meadows, Hedgerows, Woodland, Streams And Pools, Footpaths And Bridlepaths At Turls Hill And Swanbrook Valley Located In Woodsetton In The Metropolitan Borough Of Dudley.3.3 To Promote Environmental Education And Awareness Of The Conservation Area Within The Local Community Including Study Facilities.3.4 To Promote Nature Conservation Within The Conservation Area.
