The charity runs the Barrow-upon-Humber Ringing Centre, a specialist centre of excellence in the teaching of the heritage art of English Change Ringing which is based at Holy Trinity Parish Church at Barrow-upon-Humber, Lincolnshire.

Objects: 1.2 The Objects Of The Society Shall Be:1.2.1 To Advance Education And Training In Bell Ringing Particularly But Not Exclusively By Providing Workshops And Courses On Bell Ringing And Supporting The Barrow-Upon Humber Ringing Centre And The Towers In The District;1.2.2 To Advance The Christian Religion By Helping To Train Bell Ringers And Assisting In The Provision Of Well Trained Ringers When Appropriate;1.2.3 To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Bell Ringing For The Public With The Object Of Improving People's Conditions Of Life.
