Our pro8rnmme was hl8h quallty. stimulatln8 and wlde-rnn8ln8. We showed 92 fllms157 features, 35 shortsl from 28
countries. For the 4th year in successlon our prwamme was at 50% femalelnon-blnary dlrected. Isee f 11 festival
Admissions were 7,893, surpasslns eur tsr8et for 2024 and reflecting a 2.5% rlse compared to 2023 - a year that already
saw robust audlence numbers (wlth a 24% increase 0￿r 2022). The screen occupancy this year was also up from last
year and the prevlous year. The growth In outrfght audlence number and percentage of ¢xpacty shaws that we are
arhlevln8 greater audlence density and building J stron8erfoundatlon for future ar￿￿th.
The Increase In 2024 can larBely be 8ttribut•d to strate8lc outreach effort51 partlcularly through Increased attendance

The Youth L•b
Launched In 2019 and youn8 person led, the CFF Y¢Mrth Lab Is our tlagshlp film educatlon Inltlatlve, focuslng on
d•velopln8 youn8 people's fllm ewdlvatlon and crftldsm skllls, as well as encouraglng communlcatlon and netwrxk
bulldlnl. Thls year, the programme expanded Its reach offerlnB film production opportunltles alon8slde re8ular film
dlscusslon 8roup$ workshops, network[￿ events and presentations by industry professlonals.
The Youth Lab Is one of the proudest achlevements of the Cambrldle Fllm Trust over recent year5 and a key fws for
the organistition Ind the Cambrfdee Fllm Fesli¥al In the year5 to come.
Hl8hll8htlng Its 8rowln8 slgnificance, the Youth Lab presented theyouth Labjury Award for Best Feature durfng the 43rd

the Trust en8a8es a dedlcated freelance corpornte sponsorshlp mana8er. Since 2024 the Trust also runs a Frfends &
Patrons scheme to Increase year-round donatlons from Individual& Diverslfylng income streams Is key to the success of
the Festlval and thus, the Trust has put In place the nece55ary measures to ensure certaln mllestenes and KPIS are met.
Internal rfsks are mlnlmlzed by the Implementatlon of procedures for authorlsatlon of all transactions and projecL8 Ind
to ensure conslstent quallty of dellvery for all operational aspects of the charltable company. These procedures are
periodlrAlly revlewed to ensure that they stlll meet th• needs of the charlty.

The Board of Trustees has examln•d the charfty's requlrements for rnserves, in118ht of the maln rfsks to the charlty. It
has established a poliry whereby the unrestrfcted fvnds held by the tharlty should be at least I month of operatlng
C05ty between £8.OCKI and £25.OCII beln8 the level of funds requlred to ower short term cash flow defidts caused then
funders ply srnnts In arrears of expenditure and also to ensure that the charfty has sufficlent reserves to cover the
ststutory costs of enforced closure in the event of a mJJor105s of fundln8. At the 31 March 2025 the balance sheet was
showln8 £346 of unrestricted funds. The bulk of Actlvltles Generatln8 Funds are held In the last quarter of the year. The
