**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE POVERTY AND ILL HEALTH FOR WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES WITHIN THE STOCKPORT AREA BY PROVIDING A CENTRE WHEREBY THEY CAN ACCESS ADVICE, TRAINING AND SUPPORT AS WELL AS PROVIDING AN OUTREACH TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICE IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF STOCKPORT.

**Activities:** Our delivery method is gendered, individual and holistic offering a 'one stop shop' service to women in Stockport.We support, empower and educate women to improve their well-being and physical and mental health enabling them to have improved life chances for themselves and their families.
