THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT OR PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES.. THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.. THE PROTECTION OR CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.. FURTHERING SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE OF THE CLUB MAY DECIDE

**Activities:** 1. Development of mountain biking and mountain biking facilities in the Kielder Forest and Water area as primary cosultants to the Forestry Commission.2. Promotion of healthy outdoor activity for all age groups.3. Organising events to raise funds for ourselves and local charities4. To offer opportunities to be involved in the development of the sport5. To encourage visitors to the area
