These are only included In the SOFA when the charity has uncondltional enllllemenl lo the resources. Donatlons represent voluntary amounts receivable during theyear. ns These are only recognised in the accounts when a commitment has been made and th8re are no conditions to be met relating to the donation which remain in the control of the charity. The charity donations have been detailed in note 4 to the financial statements. FUND ACCOUNTING General unre5tricled funds comprise the accumulated surplus or deficit on income and expenditure account. They are available for use at the dlscretion of the Trustees in furtherance of the general objectives of the charfty. Restrfcled funds are funds subject to speciftc reslricted conditions imposed by donors. There are nc restrlcted funds 8s at the Balance Sheet date. Designate(J funds are fund5 which have been set aside at the discretion of the Irustees for specific purposes. There are no designated ftjnds as at the Balance Sheet date.
