**Objects:** (I) THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PRESERVE, CONSERVE AND RESTORE THE LOUTH CANAL AND TO PROMOTE AND STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN, AND THE FULLEST APPROPRIATE USE BY THE PUBLIC OF, THE CANAL AND ITS ENVIRONS.(II) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE HISTORY AND FORMER USE OF THE LOUTH CANAL AND IN ASSOCIATED WILDLIFE OF CANALS AND INLAND WATERWAYS GENERALLY.

**Activities:** To preserve conserve and restore Louth Navigation and its environs.Promote the leisure, sport and recreational use of the canal and towpath.
