Activities

The Association continues to promote the memory of the men and women who served at Horham airfield and in particular those associated with the 95th Bomb Group. The buildings are open to the public throughout the year. In addition the buildings have been visited by schools, youth groups, veterans of the 95th BG and their families. Rebuilding work of a third building was completed in May 2009.

Objects: 1) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The History And Heritage Of Horham Airfield And Of The 9th Bomb Group Connected With The Airfield.2) To Display And Preserve For The Benefit Of The Public Artefacts And Other Items Particularly Relating To The Period 1939 To 1945 And Connected With The 95th Bomb Group.3) To Restore, Maintain And Preserve For The Benefit Of The Public The Building Known As The Red Feather Club And Any Other Building Associated With The Club As The Trustees From Time To Time May Determine.
