The trustees administer the day-to-day affairs of the charity. None of the trustees have any beneficial interest in the charity. Should Ihe situation change in the future, the trustees will apply suitable recruitment training and induction procedures. Each year the trustees review their objectives and activities to ensure thal they continue to reflect the trustees, aims. In carrying out their review, the trustees have considered the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit and in particular its supplementary guidance, with focused regard towards the advancement of the Orthodox Jewish Faith and all its facets for the public benefit. Public Benefit The governors have considered the guidance published by the Charity Commission and believe that the charity in carrying out its objectives, fully complies with these requirements. In particular the provisions of funds for communal charitable institutions automatically gives rise to a public benefit. Each year the governors review the objectives and activities of the charity to ensure that they continue to reflect these aims. In carrying out this review the governors have considered the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit and in particular its supplementary public guidance on the advancement of religion for the public benefit. Grant making policy Grants are made to charitable institutions. organisations and authorised individuals which accord with the objects of the charity. Achievements and performance During the year the charity continued its philanthropic activities in support of religious. education and other charitable institutions and aggregate donations were paid in the sum of £71.100. Financial review Reserves policy At the year end date ,the unrestricted funds, amount to £-1.359 {2023-£4,6661 are as shown on the face of the attached Balance Sheet.It is the policy of the charity to maintain sufficient unrestricted funds, which are the free reserves of the charity. at a level which the trustees believe to be appropriate after taking into consideration both the future commitments of the charity and future plans. Funding The charity does not take part in external funding activities. Inveslment powers, policy and objeclives Under the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the charity has the power to make any investment, which the Irustees see fit. The trustees regularly review the charity's position and needs in respect of the investment policy. Plans for future periods The trustees plan to continue to make distributions in accordance with their grant making policy.

Responsibilities and basis of report As the trustees of the company (and also its directors for the purposes of company lawl you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 20061'the 2006 Act,). Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 {'the 2011 Act,). In carrying out my examination I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5}Ibl of the 2011 Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination.
