The trustees present the independenuy examined statement of income and
expenditure and balance sheet of the charity. in accordan￿ with the adopted
accounting policy, for the year ended 31" August 2024. The Trustees met on 17th
June 2024, at the school ,to approve the aC￿￿nIS and lo instruct the Bursar to
undertake and complete the Charities Commission reporting requirements.. The
financial posltion is reviewed by the Govéming Bcxly through the accounts and
financial summaries presented to the Finance Committee.

trusteos and oxaminor under section 144 of the Charities Ad 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.

Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent My examination was carried out in accordan￿ with general Directions given
examinerfs statement by the Charity Commission. An examination indudes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented wilh those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or disdosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from the
trustees conceming any suth matters. The procedures undertaken do not
prowde all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit. and consequently
no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fairf view
and the report is limried to those matters set out in the statement below.
