The furtherance of such other general charitable purposes as the trustees may from time to time decide, through the provision of grants **Area of Benefit:** The area of benefit is determined as Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire 1 ## **Report of the Trustees on the Activity of the Charity** The trustees present the independently examined statement of income and expenditure and balance sheet of the charity, in accordance with the adopted accounting policy, for the year ended 31[st] August 2021. The Trustees met once during the financial year. The financial position is reviewed by the Governing Body through the accounts and financial summaries presented to the Finance Committee. ## **Trustees Responsibilities** The Trustees are required to prepare Financial Statements for each financial year which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the trust and of the surplus or deficit for that period. In preparing those Financial Statements, the Trustees are required to: - - - Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently - Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent - State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the Financial Statements. - Prepare the Financial Statements on the going basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the Trust will continue.
