SCHOOL AND MAY ONLY EDUCATE MEMBERS OF THE OPPOSITE SEX WITH THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF AND SUBJECT TO ANY RESTRICTION IMPOSED BY THE MERCERS? COMPANY.
