knowledgeoncurrentneurosurgicalpractice.TheSBNSAGMwasheldduringtheautumnmeeting.The Sri
Lanka society joined SBNS meeting as well as guests from the United States during the year.

## `SBNS Equality and Diversity`

beendisseminated.The EDIreporthas nowbeensubmittedto the RCS and placedon the SBNSwebsite. The
reportwassharedwiththemembersduringtheSBNSconference.Focusgroupsarenowlookingat dropout
rates for training via the FSSA and the demographics.
