**Objects:** ARE TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT FACILITIES IN THE HOLME VALLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BECAUSE THEY ARE ELDERLY, POOR OR DISABLED, PEOPLE WITH YOUNG CHILDREN OR THOSE LIVING IN ISOLATED AREAS WHERE THERE ARE NO ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO ATTEND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE FACILITIES FOR ESSENTIAL AND/OR ROUTINE HEALTHCARE AND TREATMENT.

**Activities:** To provide transport facilities in the Holme Valley, West Yorkshire, for people who have need of such a facility because they are elderly, poor or disabled, people with young children or those living in isolated areas where there are no adequate public facilities to enable such persons to attend primary healthcare  facilities for essential and/or routine healthcare and treatment
