RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP: (I)  AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING IN ITALA BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES OF EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT, NOT OTHERWISE AFFORDABLE TO THEM;  (II)  BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THE RELIEF OF THE POOR LIVING IN ITALA EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY.3  COMMUNITY CAPACITY BUILDING - TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY OF ITALA IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS.
