**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PHILIPPINES, AND OTHER DEVELOPING COUNTRIES, TO SUPPORT ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE RELIEF FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SOCIAL AND/OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE AND TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** The charity raises funds in the UK for projects running primarily in the Mindanao region of the Philippines. We support projects whicha) assist in the rural regeneration of the poorest areasb) promote peace and reconciliation between different cultural traditionsc) are in tune with the environmental needs of the area and contribute to the countering of global carbon emissions.
