day-to-day management and administration ol the charity is delegated lo senior management

The charity has a close relationship with Jamia Al-Karam Ilslamic Educational and Cultural Trusti, the
founding entty prior lo the incorporation of the charitable company in 2￿7. Jamia Al-Karam Ilslarn
Educational and Cultural Trust) holds the freehold inlere51 in Eaton Hall, Ret[C￿d, DN22 OPR, from
which Ihe charity (yrales.
On 31 December 2025. the ¢harity entered into a sevgn-year lease agreement wrlh Jamia Al-Karam
Ilslamic Educational and Cullural Trusll in respe¢l of the Eaton Hall sile at an initial annual rent of
£6,000, Under the terms ol the agr$em&nl, the ¢harity is responsible lor th¢ maintenance and
insurance ol the propety.
During the year, grarrt funding was received from Muslim Charty Helping the Needy. an organisation in
which certain Irustees of the charity also seNe as Irustees. Th8 trustees consider the transaction lo
have been undertaken in the ordinary course ol the charitable activities of the respective organisalions.

The truslees are responslble lor the management of the rlsks faced by the charity. The trustees,
together wth senlor managemenl. regularly revlew the major rlsks to which the charty may be
exposed and have eslablished systems and procwlures lo mlugate Ihose rlsks where aFproprlate. A
risk reoisler is m￿ntaIned and review￿ annually.
In relation to the premises w¢upied and used by the charity, fire risk and health and safety
assessments are carried out by suitably qualified professionals. Appropriate pr(￿ureS and controls
are in place to minimise identified risks.

During the year, the charity continued to strengthen its fundrai5irwJ acti￿ties, resulting in Sustained
donor support and flnancial slabilily. Ramadan fundraising campaigns performed particularly well, with
the annual live telethon proving especially suc¢esslul in generating donations and increasing
engagement ￿th Ihe charftls educa*'onal and community project5.
The charlty ￿ntInUed its programme ol campus development and relurbishment throughout Ihe year.
Significant worts Included major roof refurbishment works lo the classroom block. tcoelher wllh
upgrades to washroom facilities, contributing towards the Improvement ot the learning environment for
sludents and vlsllors.
Educationalty, the charitys prograrnmes continued lo progress well, with student nufnbers remaining
steady. The institution ¢ontinues lo promote a balan¢ed curriculum integrating faith-based education
wllh a strong emphasis on ¢iliz¢nship and positive community engagement. Nationwide educatlon
courses delivered in partnership with alumni and local ¢enlres ￿s0 continued to expand. with
graduates leaching and serving In mosques and communities across the country.
During the year. an online alumnl portal was established and has proven successful In 5trenglhening
engagernent and relations b8tween alumni and the institution, whilsl also supporting the wkler activities
and fundraising efforts of the charity.
The JAK 2025 Convention was a resoundlng occasion and attracted slgnificanl community
participation and support. The contlnu&J engagement of supporters, students. graduates and the wider
community has provided a strong foundation for the charitys ongoing educallond and charrtable
activities.
Financial review
During the year. the Charity continued to develop and support boartling educational institution and
wid&r charitabb projects.

Trustl, a related charty with common trustees. On 31 Decemtei 2025. the charity entered into a
seven-year lease ag￿ement in respect ol the Eaton Hall sile al an initial annual rent 01 £6,000.
The Charfty is responsible for the maintenance and insurance of the propety.
During Ihe year, grant funding was re¢eived from Muslim Charty Helping the Needy, an
