Page 2 JARROW FOOTBALL CLUB YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025 REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES Structure Governillce and Mana ement GoverniNgDocumeK¢ Ja￿OW Football Club was registered as a Chariiy on 2 May 2007 and is governed by a Constitution dated I I September 2006 as amended otj 13 March 2007 and 27th April 2007. The Constitution gives the Trustees the power to apply the fvnds of the Charity in such a manner as they think fit or for the benefit of any charitable object or purpose. Club Structure The Club consists of member teams who are required 10 abide by the Club Rules. such rules being detern)ined by the mar￿ge￿ne￿I Conunitlet upon a majority vote of the Management Conllnittee at meetings properly conducted as set out in the constitutioll. The Club has two main committees to oversee its administration and decision making. These are the Management Committee and the Teams Con]n]ittee. The purpose of the Matvagement Commitiee is to- Dis¢uss the general business of the Club. Discuss any proposals which have been put forward by rnembers of the Teams Committee. Make recommendatlons on proposals put forward by members of the Teams Commiitee. The Teams Commit*e is made up of the officials of each individual team member teams and. at its monthly Meetings.. Vote on recOm￿endations Put forward by the Managernent Comti)ittee. Report on teams, progre&s. The Mallagement Committee has the right to recoM￿¢￿d to member tearns, nomillations for acceptance in to the Club. The Management Committee also has the right to expel any person from membership of the club where in the opinion of the management Committee there is sufFicient reason for doing 80. Mernbeis of the Management Conunittee are also Charity Trt￿leeS for the purposes of Charity Law. Under the requirement of the Constitution the members of the Management Commitiee shall hold otTice for one year, tmless oiherwise retnoved at an Extraordinary General Meeting, and shall be eligible for re-election. Such indiNiduals y be accepted for membership by the Management Con]mittee on such ternis and conditions as they detet]nine appropriate. Members of the Management Committee devote their t1[￿e voluntarily. WILen appointing Trustees, emphasis is placed on the diversity of skill.% and knowledge currently required to be effective. New Trustees are ¢QDsidered and selected for their $kn'lls, knowledge and experitllce given the operational Clin￿le and needs of the Charity.

ErtsHring Our WorkDelivers OurAims We reiryew our aim5, objectives and activities each year. This review looks at what we have achieved and the outcomes of our work in the previous 12 months. The review looks at the success of each key activity and the benefits that they have brought to those groups of people we are set up to help. The review also helps us to ensure that our aims, objectives and activities have remained focused on our stated putposes. We have referred to guid&nce contained in the Charity's Commission's general guidance on public benefit when teviewing our airns and objectives and in planning our future activities. In particular. the tti]5tees consider how plat)ned activities WEII contribute to the aims and objectives they have set. The Focus of Our Work During the year, Jarrow Football Club contiuued to promote its three Enain objectives. These are as follows: To offer & safe and secure envirollrnent for all, giving everyone tlke opportunity to access football at all ages from Little Dribbler8 tbrough to Senior Football. To develop players and offer access to football at its highest level. To continue to educate coaches and all other volunteers offering them access to coach education, Child welfare woriL8hops, First Aid and T]ustees training, offered by the Football Association and other outside organisations. How Our Aetfftvitie5 Deliver Public Benefit Achievemenls and Performortee The Club continues to rnaintain and fiuther develop its excellent reputation at both junior and senior levels of the gam¢. It Is satisfied what it has achieved during the season. Financial Review The charity, with the aid of sound fu￿nCIal management, reports net receipts of £29,148 for the year. lrtweslment Powers Policy Under the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the charity iw the power to invest how the trustees wish.

Designated funds amounted to £36,689 which represents funds held on behalf of the individual learns. Undesignated fill￿S of the Club amount to £49,956 which is felt to be sufficient to sustain the Club's expenditure for the foreseeable ￿ture. Trustees Res on5ibilities in Relalion to the Finanelal Statements The Trustee5 are respoDsible for preparing the Report of the Trustees and the fU￿n¢2a] statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. ChaTity law requires the Trustees to prepare fmancial staieEnents for each fu￿￿£181 year which give a true and fair view of the State of affairs of the Charity as ai the balance sheet date and of its incoming resources and application of resources, including incorne and expenditure. for the financial year.
