**Objects:** 1) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS IN AFGHANISTAN BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOOD/SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.2) THE RELIEF OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN AFGHANISTAN WHO ARE SUFFERING HARDSHIP, DISTRESS OR WHO ARE IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN PRISONS, BY PROVISION OF BASIC NECESSITIES SUCH AS MEDICATION , FOOD AND STATIONARY.3) THE RELIEF OF WOMEN IN AFGHANISTAN WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF ASSAULT, VIOLENCE AND DEPRESSION BY PROVISION OF SUCH AID AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.4) TO WORK IN THE UK TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND ADVANCE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF VULNERABLE REFUGEES WHILST ENCOURAGING INTEGRATION AND ACCESS TO OTHER SUPPORT.

**Activities:** We are currently involved in a number of projects helping the people of Afghanistan both overseas refugees and Afghans residing in Afghanistan. We are working on establishing and running self-sustained projects in Afghanistan to help the women in particular.We look at refugees mental well being and help with integration programmes as well as sign posting them to the right organisations.
