Activities

We are a small youth group primarily operating in Weare Giffard but open to children in the surrounding areas. Our primary aim is to provide a safe and relaxed environment for the local youth to meet and socialise with their friends in a rurally isolated village. We do a varied range of activities both indoors and out including pool, table football, art and craft, team games etc.

Objects: 1.) To Help And Educate Children And Young People Aged 8 And Upwards To Develop Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Capacities So That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society, Regardless Of Sex, Race, Mental, Physical Or Sensory Ability Or Sexual Orientation.2.) To Provide And Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Education, Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation For Young People And Their Families In The Interests Of Social Welfare, And So That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved.3.) To Advance Education And Training For Adults And Young People Involved In Youth Work.
