The Charity makes grants to individuals to relieve financial hardship. It provides support to the local village school to further the educational needs of the children. It gives financial support to other charities and organisations to provide facilities to strengthen the community of Abbotsham and surrounding area.

Objects: 1) To Advance The Education Of The Pupils At St. Helens C. Of E. V.a. Primary School By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities For Education At The School. 2) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment. 3) To Relieve Financial Hardship, Sickness And Poor Health Of People Generally In The Local Area. 4) The Relief Of Unemployment For The Benefit Of The Public As May Be Thought Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment.5) The Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of Abbotsham And Surrounding Villages Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions Including Use For:a) Meetings, Lectures And Classes, And B) Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants. 6) The Promotion For The Benefit Of The Public Of Urban Or Rural Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation And In Particular In Abbotsham And Surrounding Areas, By All All Or Any Of The Following Means:a) The Maintenance, Improvement Or Provision Of Public Amenities. B) The Preservation Of Buildings Or Sites Of Historic Or Architectural Importance. C) The Promotion Of Public Safety And Prevention Of Crime.such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined Subject To The Prior Written Consent Of The Charity Commissioners For England And Wales.
