**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR COMMERCIAL EDUCATION BY EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEST YORKSHIRE AREA IN THE ORGANISATION, METHODS AND PRACTICE OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY AND IN ALL SUBJECTS RELATED THERETO.

**Activities:** LEAP enables students [14 to 19] to set up their own companies for a year, learning business skills, teamwork and problem solving.  The programme helps them gain confidence and skills, which helps them with interviews for jobs and/or University.  LEAP is run by volunteers from schools and local businesses.
