To make a positive contribution to the lives of people with learning disabilities or complex needs, through the provision of a meaningful experience of work and the development of social and life skills, whilst showing the general public and wider community what can be achieved within an inclusive culture and empowering environment.

Objects: A) To respect and celebrate everyone’s differences and support everyone’s rights.B) To enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities or complex needs, through the provision of a meaningful experience of work and the development of employability and social skills.C) To encourage the growth of self-confidence of co-workers attending Phoenix, and the desire to learn, progress and achieve qualifications as appropriate.D) To provide advice, guidance and support as needed.E) To further these aims through active community engagement, fundraising and sourcing of grants and donations.
