Objects: The Primary Objective Of The Charity Is To Provide For The Benefit And Furtherance Of The Church Which Expression Shall Mean The Conservation Improvement Enhancement And Replacement Of The Fabric Fixtures Fittings And Furnishings Of The Church (Including The Churchyard And The Environs Of The Church) As Well As The Activities Carried On Within Or By The Church; Andthe Secondary Objective Of The Charity (Which Shall Only Be Pursued By The Trustees If At Any Time There Shall In The Opinion Of The Trustees Be Funds Available Which Are Surplus To The Requirements Of Clause 5.1) Is To Provide For The Charitable Benefit And Furtherance Of The Local Community Of And Within The Parish Of The Church But In This Sub-Clause The Expression "Parish" Shall Mean And Be Limited To The Geographical Extent Of The Said Parish As IT Is Constituted At The Date Of This Deed And Shall Not Include Any Larger Or Other Parish Into Or With Which The Said Parish May Subsequently Be Amalgamated Or Merged.
