**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONG PEOPLE LIVING AND WORKING IN AFRICA WHO ARE IN NEED BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH SERVICES, FACILITIES ITEMS AND GRANTS WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR LIVING BY GROWING COFFEE OR OTHER COMMODITIES; ANDSUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT.

**Activities:** Provision of funding, with others, to enable consulting and advisory work in a number of African countries with a view to relieving poverty of the small scale coffee grower; the creation of a strategic model for national coffee development programmes aimed at impoverished coffee growers who cannot pay their bills; and the provision of secretariat services working with national institutions.
