**Objects:** 3  THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE:  (A)  TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PHYSICAL HEALTH; AND(B)  TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND(C)  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL CAPACITIES AND ENABLE THEM TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.(D) THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH A CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.

**Activities:** To provide a schools football programme which has a lasting contribution to the wellbeing of young people through their engagement in physical activity. To deliver opportunities to young people in partnership with other organisations to improve their conditions of life. To create and develop strategic partnerships locally, regionally and nationally in areas of health, education and social justice.
