**Objects:** 2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY:2.1) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;2.2) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** to raise funds in the local community and, where possible, further afield, entirely to be expended for the benefit of the pupils at Minchinhampton School - through the subsidy of educational trips, the purchase of "capital " items for use in school, whether sporting, artistic, cultural or specifically educational and generally to help further the school's goals
