Structure. govarnanc8 and management The charity was established by a deed of trust datèd 26 April 1994. as arnended by a deed of name change dated 20 D8c8mb8r 2011. Th8 trust wa5 registered as a Charity on 7 March 2007 IN. 11182721. On 7 April 2008 the residu8ry capital and in¢ome funds from Iwo dis¢￿110nary Will Trusts (Th8 Miss Winifred Rae 8ennetl Will Trust and The Miss Doris Elinor Bennett Will Trust) were transferred to the charity. without strielion as to the use of these funds in aecordan¢e with the provisions of those Will Trusis.
