**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND TO RELIEVE SICKNESS BY SUPPORTING THE WORK AND INTERESTS OF THE NISHTHA RURAL HEALTH, EDUCATION AND ENVIRONMENT CENTRE BASED IN HIMACHAL PRADESH, INDIA, WHICH ARE RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE CHARITABLE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND BY SUPPORTING THE RUNNING OF NISHTHA INDIA'S CHARITABLE HEALTH CLINIC WHICH PROVIDES FREE OR SUBSIDISED HEALTH CARE TO THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN HIMACHAL PRADESH OR ANY OTHER AREA IN WHICH NISHTHA INDIA MAY DECIDE TO WORK, OFFERING APPROPRIATE MEDICINE AT FREE, SUBSIDISED OR NON-PROFIT RATES.

**Activities:** To advance education, to promote and protect good health and to review sickness by supporting the work of the Nishtha Rural Health, Education and Envirnment Centre in Himachel Pradesh, India, or in any other area in which Nishtha India may decide to work, providing free or subsidised health care to those who are socially or economically disadvantaged.
