To assist in the provision and maintenance of care and shelter for stray,
neglected and unwanted dogs. in particular, but not exclusively, older
dogs and to assist in the protection of dogs from ill usage, cruelty and
suffering. Seek new homes by publicising. Providing voluntary assistan
to aid other rescues. Providing education and advice regarding animal
welfare.

Rehome dogs providing life time back up.

We received funding from the following."

Supported 50 dogs in foster care at any time.
Spent £133,904.84 on veterinary treatment in this period.
In this period we took in a further 56 dogs. 40 were rehomed. 6 became
permanent sponsor dogs. 16 passed away. The rest being still available
for adoption at that point.
Continued to seek volunteer help to continue our work - fosterers,
homecheckers, transporters, rehoming co-ordination assistan￿,
fostering c(>ordination assistan￿.
Spread awareness of issues concerning dog welfare and our own
organisation by use of social media, intemet and attending events
throughoLrt the UK.
Continued to help other rescues to find homes for their dogs by
producing information free of charge on our website.

We limit the number of dogs supported in foster homes based on funds
available to us at any given time. This ensures there is a healthy reserve
available to cover any potential costs incurred by the dogs in our care.

We have paid for all veterinary treatment required for all of the dogs in
our care. In some cases this has avoided dogs being destroyed.
We have a number of dogs in permanent foster homes as they are
deemed, through ill health or behavioural issues, to not be suitable for
rehoming. We pay for their costs.
