This past year has tested every port of our h¢)u$ing and supwrt pathway. Applications are dthvn due to the Instablllty In our local

Stablllslng thg Foundations
Eafty in the year, our walllng Ilsts and bottlenecks made It feel Ilke we were stsnding still. People were staylng longer, rent arrears
were risln9. and the lack of movwn options risked draining morale. So we acted. Through Ilghter referral management. relenlless

Rlslng Through Iho Challong
This year has not been easy.
Petsislent gaps in the team. and the daily pressures have b¢¢n f8Et In every part of our operations. At time5. performance dipped
and energy fell thin on the ground. Despite the operational strain. our tearn have shown extraordinary dedication. our spirit has
not wavered and our results show it.
Holding the Line
We operate a triple bottom line- environmental, sodal and financial.
We have recyded 378 tons of fumiture thi5 year. reduoing emissions through saving 1.021 tons of C02 - equivalent to

gross surplus and contribution to charity overheads rising. Thls is what resilience looks like, adapting and bellevlng In our abllity to
Succeed. M when the odds are stscked against us.
Investlng In Our Pooplg
We know that Ihe bSgg8St challonge this year has been balancing the wellbeing of the indlvidual wllh the wellbeing of the tsam.
When individual members are supported and healthy, the team becomes more reslllenl and produdve, and that collectlve
success creates a better envlronment for 8very person to exrEI- a ￿rtuouS drde. However. where sabbaticals, annual leave and
$8condments create gaps, these put pressure on the tearn to eA)ntinue to achieve results. Maybe part of the balancing act is to
fa¢tor In a reduction in expeGtstion that reflects the redudlon of the team: thereby reduGlng pressure on th¢ team as a whole. This
would then be the true cosl of wellbeing.
