The trustees present their annual report and accounls for Ihe year ended 31 August 2024.
ObJectiV88 and Activities
Char5table Objectives.
The Charitable Irust is governed by the Trusl Deed executed on November 2006.
Alms of Charlty
The objectives of the Trust set by the Trugt Deed is to advance the academlc 88 well as Islamic
education and providing facilities to learn and practice18lam according to the Holy Quran and
Ahadith and within the bounds of Ahle-sunna Vval Jamaat.
The primary aim of the Charity is to provide an Islamic based education for the children.

The Trustees confirm that they have complied wlth the requlrements of sectlon 17 of the
Charities Act 2011 to have due regard lo the public benefit published by the Charity
Commission for England & Wales.
Achlevoments and Performance
-The Charity continued to improve facilitie3 avallable to students.
Raised standards, facilitating improved GCSE results.
Flnanclal Rovlew
During the year the charlty'8 income was £921,491 12023: £891,238) and afier expendlture of
£1,024,474 12023: £923,689) the carry forward reserve8 Stood ai ￿1,649,510 12023:
£1,546,527).

The Trustees have resolved lo establlsh over the next few years reserves to
provide for future activities, and to provide funding for the expected
expenditure for six months ahead.
Currenl reserves are adequate based on our knowledge and experience.
Princlpal fundlng source
The principal income was generated through the provision of education in accordance with the
objectives of the charity. The principal expenditure related to the cost of providing education.
Plans for future period8
The Charity will also continue to look at options to diversify in delivering the aims and
objectives of the Trust.

Structure, Governanc8 and Management
Nature of the Governlng Documents
The Charity is an unincorporated association governed by a trust deed. Eligibility for
membership of the charity, and membership of the board of trustees is governed by the trust
deed. There are no restrictions in the governing document on the operation of the charity or on
its investment powers, other than those imposed by general Gharity law.
Recrultment and appolntment of now trustees
New Trustees are appolnled by Invilatlon based upon the speclflc requirements
and the sklll set needed by the charity to help advance the charilable objectives.
Inductlon and tralnlng of trustees.
We have at the moment no policy or procedure for the tralning of trustees, other
than the do's and don'ts" publicatlon provided by the charity.
Organlsatlonal structure and management.
Trustees meet regularly on a monthly basis lo discuss and plan objectlves and
implemenlaticn thereof. Matters of general concern are ralsed wlth all members.
Day lo day management and responslbillty for Implementlng pollcles Ss carrled out by
Head Teacher. There are 8 full lime and 5 part tlme
employees plus a number of volunteers and employment tralnees,

Other than the Trustees and those persons connected wlth them there are no
individuals who are related partles. Details of transactlons with related partl88 are

Rlsk Management
The Iruslees acknowledge theSr responsibilitles for establlshlng a rlsk managemenl system and
salisfield that appropriate systems and procedures are under development and continue to
keep the strategic, business and operatlonal risk under review wlth vlew to Introduclng, where
necessary, additional procedures to mitigate these risks.

Statement of Trustaes, Responslblllties
The Trustees are resonsible for preparing the truslees, report and the financ5al statements for
each financial year which give a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of the charity as at the
end of the financial year and of the surplus or deflclt of the charity.
In preparing those financial statements the Board Is required to
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently.,

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for
the year ended 31 st August 2024.
Responslbllltes and ba818 of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responslble for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance wlth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and In carrying out my examination, I have followed
all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commlsslon under sectlon
1451511bl of the Act.
Independent examlner'8 Statement
The charity's gross Income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to undertake
the examination by being a member of Institute of Financial Accountants
I have completed my examSnalion. I confirm that no material matters have come
lo my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to
believe that in, any material respect,,
