**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF PORTHALLOW, CORNWALL AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.

**Activities:** 1) Permits public access to the Beach for boating, fishing and other appropriate seaside activities.2) Use of the Porthallow Village Hall for a variety of public and private functions.3) Organises annual public events on the Beach, for example a Summer Beach Party, November 5 Bonfire & Fireworks Display, and a Fishing Festival
