**Objects:** PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT F THE COMMUNITY OF DENBY DALE (WEST YORKSHIRE) AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER VOLUNTEERS AND ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND HUMAN SUFFERING AND DISTRESS, PROTECT HEALTH, AND ADVANCE EDUCATION.

**Activities:** Relief of rural isolation by providing a) community transport; b) befriending scheme c)  information and drop-in centre & charity shop d) day clubs; e) ICT training; f) various activity clubs (reading, writing poetry, craft etc) g) afternoon teas, outings & shopping trips as part of  Ring and Ride scheme; & h) a community hall in Kirkburton for social, educational activities and community hire.
