Investment Policy and Perforniance
The charity holds cash and investments In Snowball Impart Management Ltd and Snowball Impatt Investments
LP. After the year end. Trlbe Impact Capltal LLP acquI￿d Snowball Impart Management Llmlted.
The ¢h3ritrfs endowment fund is invested with Cazenove mainty via Its Sustalnal>le Multl Asset Fund ISFMAFI.
Thls fund targets inflatlon ICPII plus 4% net of fees over rolling ten-yezr perlods. SMAF also Incorp)r3te5 a
sustainable Snvestment pollcy wlth the Intention of having a p05itNe impatt on people and planet.
