**Objects:** 2  THE OBJECTS2.1  THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY (THE OBJECTS) ARE:2.1.1  TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CHORAL MUSIC, IN ALL ITS ASPECTS.2.1.2  FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.

**Activities:** In order to achieve the objects of the charity, principally to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music [summarised], the choir rehearse a broad repertoire of choral music throughout the academic year culminating in performances given throughout the year at various venues in Leicester and Leicestershire.
