Respeetive responslbilities of

The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year

needed.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Affj as amended).

My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions
given by the eharity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a compartson of the accounts
pr￿ented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
items or diselosures in the accounty and seeking explanations from the
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do nol
provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
nsequently J do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent examiner,
$tstement
In the course of my examinatio￿ no matter has come to my attention which
gives me reasonable cause to believe thal in, any material respect, the
trustees bave Dot met the requirements to ensuTe that."_
Proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with section 41
