Howbury Friends reviews all policies annually at December to make sure they are up to date and relevant. We work closely with London Borough of Bexley to offer our community as many life chances as possible. Howbury Friends continues to work closely with St Augustines PCC who manage the hall this allows smooth operation for families and individuals who use our service. - relationship with any related parties; - trustees’ consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them. ## **Section C Objectives and activities** Advance education for families and other members of the community and surrounding areas of the London Borough of Bexley by running events and activities and encouraging people in learning and education. **Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** Promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Slade Green and the surrounding areas of the London Borough of Bexley, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or political or religious or other opinions by associating with other local inhabitants, local authorities and voluntary organisations in a common effort to advance education, recreation and March **2012** **TAR** 2 other leisure time occupations with the objective of improving the condition of life for the said inhabitants. We have delivered a foodbank for the community, this was set up during covid to help our community but then the cost of living hit us and the crisis is getting worse so it is putting added pressure on us. We have delivered a swap shop which the community can donate unwanted clothes, household items, toys and books and then other members can come along and take what they need for free. We continue to provide a constant flow of activities and projects that the community has asked for and have had donations of food to keep the foodbank running. We work closely with the Felix Project, The Mayors Heat and Eat projects, Tesco, Sainsbury, Aldi, Asda and Lidl to deliver food to our community. We have worked tirelessly to help enhance the communities opportunities.
