**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEED AND IN PARTICULAR TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AMONG THE POOR, DESTITUTE OR ORPHANED CHILDREN OF UGANDA REGARDLESS OF CREED, TRIBE AND COLOUR, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO THE CHILDREN AND THEIR CARERS.

**Activities:** To relieve the need and in particular to advance education and promote good health among the poor, destitute or orphaned children of Uganda regardless of creed, tribe and colour, through the provision of financial  assistance and practical support to the children and their carers.
